Director's Meeting
Friday, 26 October 1951
Mr. Dulles reported on a JSPD draft report on planning for
unconventional warfare in Europe. An interim board is to be created for
the little Joint Chiefs of Staff in Europe, plus a CIA representative.
The DCI asked Mr. Dulles to inform I _j and the JSPD that while
we agreed in principle we would prefer to wait until after Mr. Wisner's
return before concurring.

College had requested two copies of the OCI Daily Digest on a continuing
basis. The DCI is hesitant about such distribution and suggested that
the question might be brought up before the IAC. Mr. Will
