Mr. Wolf reported that he would see Mr. 0 about 25X1
the drawings and possible mock-up of our building. He hopes to
get this through in the third supplemental budget and if we are
lucky it might come up in January.
Mr. Dulles brought up the question of policy in re and
to release of information on Russian 2Z"511
said that as
uggestions from Gen. Cabell. Cabell's suggestions coupled with
our responsibility for protection of intelligence sources should
give us some guidance as to our future position in relation to
publicity.
Mr. Wolf stated that both Gen. Wyman and Col. King were
preparing memoranda on their Far Eastern trip.

Mr. Wolf suggested that would be an excellent 25X1
person for our Latin American desk. He 2 1 follow this up.
