Mr. Jackson reported that
on Tuesday to start surveying our Legal Department.
Mr. Dulles-reported that although Commo personnel have not
increased, the volume of traffic is going straight up and presents a
serious problem. Mr. Dulles has sent messages to the field for both
O/PC and 0/SO to cut down on volume. There should be more written
reports.
Mr. Dulles reported thatI (will be in Washington
after the Ottawa conference.. Mr. Dulles believes he would like to
address a joint session of Congress and approves of this idea.
Mr. Wolf reported that it may be possible to get
to head up our Procurement. The DCI thoroughly approves and
said to delay any action pending a determination on
