The General asked Mr. Wisner if he had seen
Mr. Wisner said he had met him and was impressed. The INGI sai a
spoke fluent Spanish and might be of use. He has had
some experience in South America.

communications to and from him. Our people seem to have dons 25X1
everything possible. The Director asked Mr. inner to cable them and
say that everything was all right.
Mr. Wisner will cable Mr. Dulles in regard to the fact that the
raper is still buried in JCS.
