Mr. I explained briefly the procedure for organizing
an agenda of possebble questions that might be raised by
on his forthcoming visit and the collection of a ready reference
portfolio for briefing the Director. It was agreed that Mrs.
would have her suggestions by tomorrow morning, at which time e
remainder of the group could review them and make any additional
suggestions that might occur to them.
Colonel Hansen reported briefly on the status of the
Progress Report. It was indicated that this report is to be in
extremely short form, but this information is not for general
circulation within the Agency.
