Mr. Jackson reported that Mr. Davison had talked to Gen
and stated that we might possibly be able to use him. The DCI feels that
General Omi;ht be very useful in planning one or two operations
we have in mind. Mr. 0 will follow this.

The DCI said that General II cannot go to Indo-China on acr?.oi nt 25X1
of health. However, we might use him in some other job, and Mr. r rw2;Ld 25X1
talk to him.
Mr. Jackson reported that he had talked to I who will
come down in September to look over our legal setup. Mr. Jackson also
mentioned that Loyalty Board procedures are very bad and that Ij shop:-
also review them.
Mr. Jackson stated that he finds OSO Planning,, stay behind! net.,
etc# on assumptions that they have determined themselves based on no
JCS information. The DCI stated that these plans should be coordinated
with the Joint Planning; Group. Mr. I will. follow tnis and det trmiri
whether OSO plans cannot be coordinated in the same satisfactory mariner 43
OPC plans.
Mr. Jackson also noted that every division of 00 has a differeit
staff setup. He has referred this ratter to General ;Hyman and Mr.
Mr. Jackson asked about General II The DCI believes tit
he is committed to us, and Mr. Wolf thinks that he will report for duty
in September.
