II will check this with Colonel Edwards. 25X1 0 25X1 Mr. Jackson reported that over the weekend he saw I _j 25X1 in New York. A Mr. 0 believes he can obtain some important informatioi+ for Radio Free Europe in regard to the possibility of a Satellite attack in the Balkans, etc. I I was instructed to tell 0 to go 25X1 ahead and get the documents if they do not cost anything. Mr. Jackson reported that a Doctor would be here on Friday for a two-day survey of our medical setup. Mr. Jackson stated that he would also like to have an out>ide lawyer look over our Legal Department. The DCI agreed that we need a legal consultant. Mr. Jackson suggested he will folloi: this u,,. Mr. again discussed the question of obtaining better aircraft from the Air orce. He stated that Colonel was cabling to Germani to see if they could provide two sterilized - within thirty days. the DCI called General Cabell and asked for assistance in obtaining two 8-26. He also suggested to General Cabell that if the Air Force were having trouble in obtaining C-5Ls, the CIA might be able to assist through Mr. Symington.
