Director's Meeting
Monday, 2 April 1951
Mr. Dulles said that he would talk to Mr. 1 and
would have an agenda prepared for the Director prior to the meeting.
Mr. Dulles raised the question of the estimate on Iran. He
stated that he didn't consider that it pointed up the situation clearly
enough.
Mr. Dulles stated that the executive session of the IAC was
necessary today to discuss the special interrogation methods used by
the Communists.

Mr. Dulles said that David Bruce had been yesterday and had
reported that we should move quickly on I if we are interested in
him for the Psychological Warfare Board. The Director stated that he
did not believe that we should hush this matter with Admiral Souers.
