Mr. Dulles cautioned that CIA should avoid being caught between the 'entagon and the State Depari.rnent, in the battle over this authority. NT r. Dulles reported that Mr.Ohad briefed the top 25X1 Admirals in the Navy yesterday, and that Admiral Sherman had been very interested and had asked many ouestions. MMTr.
