It was suggested that the Personnel Office institute a
procedure for notifying agency officials what action is taken on
individuals they recommend for employment.
Mr. reported that he had attended a meeting on
emergency planning and that the President had discussed a status report
on emergency planning be presented to him every two weeks; also discussed
a National War Room with Ramsey Potts of NSRB.
Mr. Reber asked if the IAC meeting should be cancelled if
Millikan was unable to attend. Was told "yes".
