Mr. Gilpatric, General Lemnitser and Dr. Charyk;
Mr. McCann and Mr. Bissell
Mr. Lundahl and briefed the Group on the
results of the CCSO** mission of 12 - 16 December. Particularly
stressed was the importance of the V-2 is soaking the Comm
production more meaningful.

After some discussion the Group approved the three flights
which were approximated en the chart presented, with the under..
standing that the first sortie would follow apprsetinately the
course outlined in red and that each subsequent sortie would be
specifically approved by the Group in the light of experience up
