I. This memorandum submits a report required in connection with the
approval by the Deputy Director of Central Intelligence of the recommenda-
tions contained in reference memorandum.
2. Reference memorandum recommended that authority under section 235
(b) of the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement Act of 19QVefortCertain
Employees be delegated to the Director of Personnel to app
