the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. This paper would point out that
the only questions which the DCI declined to answer were those which, by
law, violate his responsibility for the protection of sources and methods.
(OGC in the course of the day)
2. The DCI requested that the Agency committees and the PFIAB
be informed of the favorable remarks found 025X1

report to the President's Board next week. )
3. The DCI requested that the question of cost effectiveness in
SIGINT collection be clearly recorded.
