Godfrey noted a Washington Post ory o ay about the icom leadership. He referred to the latest Chicom monthly report which recaps current political developments, and he noted that State, OCI and ONE analysts are conferring today on Chinese developments. Godfrey noted that Agency requirements have been made available to the Navy for use in interrogating the captured NVN sailors. noted an Agency cable from) recommending that contingency NIEs be made available to CINCPAC. It was noted that was a problem in the first instance for DIA rather than the Agency. DCI said it was his view that such NIEs should not be disseminated outside of the headquarters agencies in the Washington area. noted that there would be another meeting today of an interagency group looking into issues posed by BOB concerning space reconnaissance by NASA and NRO. for DDS reported that the air conditioning at the Key Building has been fixed.
