An appropriate Agency notice to this effect will be issued. reports on Viet Cong harassment of the election proceedings in South Vietnam. The reports will be disseminated to several key Govern- mental officials. reported that Bob Komer called to request weekly William Darden, of the Senate Appropriations Committee staff, and William Woodruff, of the Senate Armed Services Committee staff, tomorrow to brief them on the 25X1 noted that the Executive Director will meet with reported that Senators Anderson and Smith of the Senate Aeronautical and Space Sciences Committee have requested a briefing on the Soviet space program. The Director stated that he would bring the matter up at USIB today. The Director reported on his meeting with General 25X1 Army, who visited Headquarters yesterday. The Director requested that he be provided with a memorandum summarizing the discussion and recommendations of the forthcoming counterinsurgency program.
