2. DCI had a telephone call from Arthur Schlesinger on
9 December asking about the possibility of putting classified CIA
documents into the National Archives as a preliminary step in setting
up a John F. Kennedy memorial library. DCI has requested Agency
guidance on this and Kirk will look into this and provide advice.
3. DCI has agreed with Bross and company's proposal that
COMOR continue to be charged with the staffing of proposals for

you and DCI clearly spelling out any disagreements on a
