2. Itells us
that the Soviets plan to leave all of their missiles, including ground-
to-air, ground-to-sea and ship-to-air, at the disposition of the
Cubans upon completion of Cuban training which is in a very advanced
stage. He tells us also that the Soviet agreement not to fire on U-2's
is still in effect and that there are no indications in Cuban government
circles that it will be changed when the Cubans take over the SAM
sites.
