over with himTACKLE requirements and targeting. Jim will be
gone about ten days. COMOR will continue to function in his
absence but I do not know who will be hanging the pictures.
2. Art Lundahl tells me he got a visit fro
of DIA the other day. told Art that DIA will begin to move
some of its PI's into NPIC beginning about mid-February at a rate
which will be determined by the ability to provide TKH clearances.
By a year from now, DIA expects to have about 150 physically on
board at NPIC.
4. You sent me your notes on the White House photographer
and the implications for security with your query, "What to do?"
I have talked to Red White about this. Red will ask Bob Bannerman
to confer with all Agency components and get examples of the security
problems that have been cropping up at the White House recently,
list all these examples, and recommend to the DCI that he discuss
this problem at some appropriate time with the President and offer
the services of our Security Office in restoring order at the White
House.
