1. DCI is scheduled to speak at the Naval War College on
Monday. He will leave at 1100 and will return about 1730. On
Tuesday (when you will be in Missouri) he will speak at the Army
War College. He will take the Convair to Harrisburg at noon and
will return about 1600.

4. After reading the latest of the cryptic Bundy memos con-
cerning PFIAB matters--this one concerning the National SIGINT
Program, you asked in a note whether there was any significance to
Bundy's memo. The answer in this case is no. Actions required
rest largely with DOD and have to do with a
COMINT R&D, AND COMSEC.
Your query hit home, however, and I have asked Kirk's
office to try to indicate the significance of future PFIAB correspondence.
