4. Chief of Staff, DIA, a couple of days ago
wrote to you asking for the Agency's concurrence on a thick briefin
book prepared by DIA to brief top officials of the 25X1
on the military situation in SEA and Communist
China. The briefing material was sent down to DDI to review. DDI
advises there are so many errors in the material that they have asked
our analysts to consult directly with DIA analysts. C, _I?a,

5. Kirk has noted a press report that a panel of heart
disease experts have recommended that the country reorganize
office work schedules to encourage active exercise to help prevent
heart attacks. Kirk has sent this report around to DDS, Tietjen, and
others, pointing out that this recommendation "certainly justifies our
development of our Exercise Room" and he hopes that more and more
Agency employees will use the Room "under carefully controlled and
supervised conditions."
