track and is moving ahead.

Southern Rhodesia, " indicating that racial groups are so lacking in
initiative that any accommodation between them will probably have to

4 Scientific Intelligence Digest of 25 June states third Soviet
lunar launch attempt in early April reached vicinity of the moon although
it appears intended mission was not accomplished because the miss
prevented collection of any significant data of the lunar surface.
