Dear Mr. Dulles:

the sixth Armed Forces Day and appropriate ceremonies are
scheduled for the Washington area.
It is planned to hold a parade and an exhibition of
military equipment as in previous years. The parade is
scheduled to pass the reviewing stand at Constitution
Avenue and 16th Street, N. W., on 21 May at 11:00 a.m.
The parade will take approximately an hour to pass in
review. The demonstrations will be conducted from

5:00 p.m., 22 May at Bolling Air Force Base.
As coordinator for Armed Forces Day observances and
on behalf of the members of the Armed Forces in the area,
I have the honor of extending you an invitation to review
the parade and to attend the exhibitions.

making appropriate arrangements if you will complete and

your automobile will be mailed when the response card is
received.
