With the approval of your Military Personnel Office,
I USA Reserve, has been assigned to this office for his annual
tour o active duty for training for the past three years. He has just
completed his last tour and it seems appropriate at this time to make
our high regard for his performance known to you. F __j is an
exceptional officer, and during these short tours has been of valuable
assistance to us. His background and operational knowledge enabled
him to prepare special studies for immediate use in connection with
matters for which this office is respQnsible, I ability to
initiate and follow through on research covering widely different areas
