to prosecute be determined on that point alone.

We have consulted with the Department of State and agree that if
his testimony can be taken by a deposition this would pose no
problem. SinceIa taking legal measures to re-enter
the United States, the Department of State has informed us that
it would not concur In any deal in connection with
testimony. Should the question of immunity of any sort be
promised to 0 or considered, the Department of State
informs us that it would like to be consulted in advance.
