The attached letter for your signature advises
the Bureau of the Budget that we have no
objection to Enrolled Bill S. 355 which prohibits
use by private agencies of names and emblems
which indicate Federal agency. This is the bill
which we had hoped to get amended to include
initials which would have taken care of the
California Intelligence Agency (CIA). While we
did not get our amendment, we have no reason
to object to the President's signing the bill
