1. You have previously approved the sending of a copy of the
progress report pertaining to implementation of the recommendations
of the joint Study Group to Mr. Bell.
2. Reference to a quarterly report has been deleted. The
distribution list formerly shown on Page 5 opposite your signature
has been removed.
3. I will provide the Secretary of the USIB with copies of the
report for each member of the Board, in accordance with your desires
expressed at a recent meeting of the Deputies.
4. A proposed letter to Mr. Bell is presented for your signature.
