Staats by letter dated 1 September 1961 requested information concerning
travel allowances authorized by the Agency aa compared with amounts authorized
before Public Law 87-139 was enacted.
Before and since the enactment of Public LW 87-139 this Agency has generally
without modification the provisions of Standardized Government Travel Regu-
