MEMORANDUM FOR: THE DIRECTOR
The attached proposed letter to the Secretary
of Commerce suggests that the Department coord5nate
the establishment of a time schedule for the com-
pletion of certain highway projects of interest to
this Agency. These projects include the Cabin John
Bridge, the extension of the George Washington
Memorial Parkway from our building site to the Wash-
ington Circumferential route, and those parts of the
Circumferential route in Virginia and Maryland con-
nected by the Cabin John Bridge.
A similar letter is also being written to the
Secretary of Commerce by the Federal Aviation Agency
which also has an interest in these projects.
