unclassified section of our "Studies in Inteiligoacee". I have
asked my Inspector General. Lyman B. Kirkpatrick, who is
one of the editors of the 'Studies in Intelligence`, to bring
this up to you and to bring with him some copies of the classi-
Red versions so that you can get an idea of our effort to de -
velop a literature of intelligence. As you can well imagine
authoritative material on intelligence is very rare but we
feel that we have made good progress in the past four years
in compiling valuable material to assist our work. Mr.
Kirkpatrick will be glad to go into as much detail with you
as you desire.
