dated 17 August and, according to date stamp,
received in the Agency on 18 August. It was
received by me on 22 August and delivered to
00 on that same day. The direction to 00 was
to have the man seen and then prepare a letter
for the DCI. Attempting to do this took some
time within 00, accounting for their delay in
getting the draft response his
