A source who has furnished reliable informa-
tion in the past obtained the following information
from a representative of the Communist Party, USA,
who recently returned from a surreptitious mission
to the People's Republic of China. The mission was
made in response to a specific request of the Chinese.
Officials of the Central Committee of the
Communist Party of China (CPC) related they consider
that President John F. Kennedy's actions are leading
to war and that "President Kennedy is ten times worse
than former President Dwight D. Eisenhower." The Chinese
believe that Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev is "so
eager" for negotiations with the United States that
he will give all kinds of concessions on the Berlin
situation, Possible concessions by K:hrushchev consti-
tute one of the greatest fears of the officials of the
Central Committee of the CPC as they propose there is
only one way to deal with the United States, and that
is to "f ighto"
This communication has been classified "Top
Secret" due to the sensitive nature of our source.
This information is being furnished to other appropriate
officials of the Government.
