Dear Mr. Yea$leys
Your letter of Z8 April 195$ concerning the case of United
States v. vas referred to me for action. It
is necessary for us to look into the whereabouts and circumstances
of and to confer with n any
problems involved in his testifying in this trial. These steps are
in progress and we hope to have some answers shortly.
m your letter I infer that the United States Attorney
wishes to have I appear in person and testify at the trial.
We will try to find out whether this presents any problems aside
from the security aspects.
Sincerely,
Lawrence R. Huston
