MEMORANDUM FOR ALL EMPLOYEES
The Agency's Employee Activity Association (BAA), which provides
a program of cultural, social, and recreational activities for employees,
will conduct an Agency-wide membership drive from 15-26 March 1965.
About II employees are already participating in the Association's
activities. To assure that Agency security, cover, and administrative
requirements are satisfied, participation in recreational clubs and activi-
ties using Agency space and equipment will be limited to EAA members.
As a member of BAA, an employee may participate in any or all of
the activities sponsored by the Association, cover permitting. He to
also eligible for other benefits, such as discounts on tickets to cultural
and sports events in the Metropolitan Washington area and on items sold
by the Association. Nonmembers will not be eligible for these savings.
Present and planned activities sponsored by the Association must be
financed by private donations, funds from membership drives, and other
sources of income developed by the Association. Your membership will
enable the Association to develop and conduct a varied and interesting
program. This very worthwhile activity is commended to all who desire
to participate.
