Attached are responses from DCI components regarding the need for RH access approvals. As you will note, some of those redlined make little sense in that they have transferred, or will transfer in the near future, to other positions where it may be necessary that their clearances remain in effect. For example, 25X1 is now the DD/P Special Group Officer; 25X1 will transfer from PPB to NIPE and will need his clearance, at 25X1 which time I WIPE) will not; and who is red- 25X1 lined from PPB, will be transferring to a position requiring his clearance. 2.
