Dear General Taylor :

As a result of the enthusias~tic ro nse that we received to
the two-day version of Project I_L given in February, we
have decided to schedule axe additional two-day program on 19 and
20 May 1964.
This twee-day briefing will be designed to give key Department
of Defense officers a banter understanding of the organization and
functions of the Central Intelligence Agency. The briefing will be
conducted at the Headquarters Building from 0900 to 1630 each day.
We are providing 15 spaces for key officers in the Joint Staff .
An outline of I formation to be submitted on each nominee is attached
to this letter. It is suggested that 5 alternates be designated in addi-
tion to the principal nominees. It is requested that this information
be transmitted so as to roach the Director of Training, Central
Intelligence Agency not later than 1 I May 1964.
