to the National War College
Ou Saturday, 4 February, the Executive Director asked me
to pass on the following to you.

Z. In view of the attached rerarar independent
reader and the various references to and State 25X1
Department documents, Executive Director wishes the
Office of Training to contact the National War College to
ask for a limitation on the subsequent distribution. He par-
ticularly has in mind the annual bibliography of these papers
which is disseminated to all alumni. It is important that
this paper not be included in such a listing.
3. The Executive Director suggests we consider to what
extent we should guide our students to avoid the use of
classified sources and areas of expertise which they acquired
on the job in preparing such papers. Do we need a more
formalized control procedure to effect this
