The documentation for the attached voucher
for ops entertainment seems very skimpy indeed.
It seems to me that our documentation should be
much more complete than is attached here. If
you agree, please draft for my signature an
appropriate memorandum to the DD/I telling him
wherein this voucher is deficient, what he should
do to make this one acceptable, and how he should
prepare them in the future.
