He was quite strong in insisting that a board of senior officers, representative of all Agency components, be established to de- brief returnees and to implement lessons learned. In view of this, it would not appear neces- eary for you and to pursue the matter with the Director. I have discussed this with Colonel White, who agrees. As I indicated yesterday, we do some of this now. However, I am sure we can improve considerably and arcs c on- fident that we can go much further toward systematizing the whole arrangement.
