Standing Group Estimate for NATO Planning."
b. NATO Standing Group Memo SCM 374-64, dated 27 October 1964.
2. The Ad Roc Intelligence Working Group (ARfWG) for the preparation
of SG 161/19 will convene in Washington on 15 March 1965 for a period
of approximately two weeks.
3. In accordance with the references, the Director, Defense Intelligence
Agency, invites participation of your representatives as members of
the subject-named delegation on the following subco moittees: a. Economic;,
b. Political.
4. The representative you nominate for the Economic Subcommittee is
invited to serve as the Chairman of this subcommittee and as the U.S.
Team Spokesman.
5. It is requested that your nominations be restricted to one delegate
and one alternate for each subcommittee.
6. In accordance with reference a, you are also invited to nominate a
representative to assist and advise the Head of the U.S. Delegation
who will represent the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the United States
Intelligence Board on the Steering Committee of the AHIM.
