Annexed is a proposed agenda for your meeting with the PFIAB scheduled for 2:30) to 4:00, Thursday, 1 December. 2. Item 3 involves a briefing on the activities of CIA in support of the President's recent trip. We had intended to have this briefing done by representatives of DDP jointly with representatives of DDL You could take these gentlemen along with you, in which case I would suggest to Mr. Coyne that it be rescheduled as item 1. 3. I can do as much or as little of item 1 as you wish. I suggest that I give you a "talking paper" by way of summary of the annual report on the comrrAunity, referred to as item I of the agenda. 4. 17 -rankly I arm unable to understand what is meant by item Z which solicits "the DCI's views concerning the Board's con- tinuing review" of counterintelligence activities.
