MEMORANDUM FOR: Mr. R. Jack Smith
Mr. John Clarke
Mr. Carl Duckett
SUBJECT : Briefing for Mr. Robert Kintner
1. Mr. Robert Kintner, Special Assistant to the President,
is scheduled to visit the Agency this afternoon for a brief visit
at 1530 hours.

Z. Mr. Helms and Jack Smith will receive Mr. Kintner and
Mr. Helms will brief him for about fifteen minutes on the over -all
place of the Agency in the intelligence community, our organiza-
tion, etc. Mr. Smith will then escort Mr. Kintner to the Operations
Center for a short orientation tour.
3. From the Operations Center Mr. Kintner will be taken to
the Management Information Control Center (Room 6 E 5328) and
thence to FMSAC (Room 1 D 0030) where Mr. Duckett will show
him this operation. Mr. Kintner will then go tol (Room
G C 32) where will give him a brief tour.
4. ill ensure that one of the security aides guides
the group on the tour by the shortest possible route and in a mini-
mum of time.
5. This schedule is, of course, flexible and subject to change
without notice, It could be cancelled altogether. 1 -1 will
be responsible for notifying the participants of any such changes.
