Dear Admiral Rayborn:
I would appreciate it if you could arrange to have
the necessary clearances granted to my foreign policy
assistant, Mr. John E. Rielly, to permit him to handle
the intelligence materials that come into my office. To
properly assist me in my work in the foreign policy field,
it is essential that Mr. Rielly be cleared to handle all the
ncessary documents in the foreign policy field.
