to the attached CIA study, "A Survey of
Communism in Latin America." This is a
comprehensive work with a general introduction
and then a treatment of each of the Latin
American countries separately. It is, we
believe, the best study of this sort available
on the question of Communism in the countries
south of our border. I think you will find
it useful as a reference tool.
