In furtherance of this, liaison with a member of your organi- zation has indicated that attached to the White House staff, would be willing to speak to the Commandant and certain selected. officers on the subject of the CIA role in counterinsurgency. A briefing on this subject would be very useful and informative, and I request that be permitted to give an appropriate presentation.
