The Gary powers case illustrated the technical deficiencies of existing law and we persuaded Air Force to sponsor the legislation and be the front man for the Agency. While this is not a major item, certainly the cooperation of the Air Force has been excellent and I believe a note of thanks is most appropriate. FORM NO.
