C. 20505 Dear Mr. Kirkpatrick: The'ual Active Duty Training of the National Postal and Travelers Censorship-Organization (NPTCO) will be conducted at Fort Knox during the period 25 July to 7 August 1965. This training is conducted to advance the state of readiness of the PeTCO as an element of National Censorship. There will be approximately 160 Air Force and 15 Naval Reserve officers in attendance. 160 Army , These officers are predominantly of field grade rank and many of them have been in Censorship since World War II. It would be of benefit to us if your designated liaison officer. STAT could once again participate in this training during tke period 2 - 4 August 1965. Lt Chwionel Charles R.
