Your presentation to the last Senior Officer Orientation Course
in July was one of the highlights of the course. Since we are about to
conduct two more such courses before the end of the year, I would
like to invite you to address these two classes. The first will be at
0800 hours, 4 November; the second will be at 0800 hours, 9
December 1964.
Your presentation aids our students' understanding of your area
of operations to such a degree that we feel it is of vital importance.
