Dear Mr. Trimble:
Thank you for your letter of f= August 1966 enclosing
STAT Form 51 for whet is interested in a
position as an attorney with the Central Intelligence Agency.
I am pleased to know of interest in our STAT
organization sad have referred his application to appropriate
Agency officials for consideration, I am not sanguine about
the prospects of employing 0 as an attorney since STAT
we have only a small legal staff. We will, however, consider
him for other positions in which his legal training may be
valuable. Our Director of Pers*nne1 has written to I STAT
to advise him of this action and a copy of that letter is enclose?l
for your information.
