I made an excellent impression on our field representative who interviewed him in August lam. The headquarters officials who later reviewed his application forms noted his qualifications with interest and have noted his name or future consideration. There is nothing in our record to indicate that our inability to offer employment to was based on any adverse . inding about him. Rather, no w in~ his substantial record, we have not to date had an opening a nsurate with his qualifications. This program has been suocessul in devel- oping a broad range of competence so that our requirements for the intake a;' new personnel are largely a matter of bringing in young people of high intelligence and aptitude for our work to fill in behind the more experienced oificers.
