MEMORANDUM FOR: Executive Director
At the Special Group (CI) meeting on 27 September,
it was reported that the Draper mission to Brazil will
begin to receive its briefings on 1 October, and will
proceed to Rio on 8 October. On 19 October it will
proceed into the Brazilian provinces.
Byroade has reported to State Department that his
mission is coming along all right. Byroade has said,
